Moors & McCumber offer four Ireland Tour itineraries for 2026. Most guests fly in and out of Shannon.  All guests stay nearby at a B&B in the village of Bunratty the night before the official start of the tour. The first morning of the tour, our guide and driver will pick us up and our adventure will begin. Below are the four itineraries for 2026.  



Discover Ireland With Moors & McCumber 2026

May 8-17, 2026 Donegal/Mayo/Galway/Clare

DAYS 1-3, COUNTY DONEGAL

  • Stay at the Mill Park Hotel in Donegal Town.
  • Sample excursions include a day trip across the border into Northern Ireland for a visit to the historic city of Derry and  Glenveagh National Park.


DAYS 4-6, COUNTY MAYO

  • Stay at the Clew Bay Hotel in Westport. Designed 250+ years ago as Ireland’s first planned town, Westport is a great walking town and includes a beautiful Georgian town center where stone bridges link the tree-lined promenade on the banks of the Carrowbeg River. 
  • Sample excursions include include a locally guided day trip to Achill Island and a visit to the Country Life Museum.  
  • Day 5 is a free day in Westport when you can explore the area on your own, including a hike up Croagh Patrick or tour Westport House as you walk to Clew Bay.


DAYS 7-8, COUNTY GALWAY 

  • Stay at the The Clifden Station House in Clifden.
  • Sample excursions include a day trip to the island of Inishbofin, a walk along the Sky Road and a visit to the seaside town of Roundstone. 


DAY 9, COUNTY CLARE

  • Stay at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis.
  • Sample excursions include a visit to the Cliffs of Moher and its breath-taking views overlooking the Atlantic, as well as the Burren region and its a unique limestone landscape full of ancient tombs, stone forts, old churches and graveyards.


DAY 10:  Shuttle to the Shannon Airport in the morning. Some guests will forego the trip to the airport and extend their adventure a few more days before heading back home.

DAYS 1-3, COUNTY CORK  

  • Stay at the West Cork Hotel in Skibbereen. 
  • Sample excursions include a visit to Mizen Head (the most south westerly point in Ireland), a walk along Barley Cove, and a tour of an ancient stone circle. A highlight of this tour is a visit to the Skibbereen Heritage Center, the inspiration for Moors & McCumber's song "Leaving for Cobh."


DAYS 4-6, COUNTY KERRY

  • Stay at the Dingle Skellig Hotel in Dingle. 
  • Sample excursions include the gorgeous Slea Head Drive on the Dingle peninsula, a visit to Gallarus Oratory, and Kilmalkedar Church. 
  • Day 5 is a free day. Lots to do in and around Dingle! Explore Dingle by foot, grab a boat tour or play a round of golf.

  • Stay at the Falls Hotel in Ennistymon.
  • Sample excursions include a visit to the Cliffs of Moher and its breath-taking views overlooking the Atlantic, a visit to the Burren region with a unique limestone landscape full of ancient tombs, stone forts, old churches and graveyards.

DAYS 1-3, COUNTY SLIGO

  • Stay at the Sligo Park Hotel in Sligo. 
  • Sample excursions include a sheepdog demonstration, a quick stop at Yeats Church and grave, and a guided Tour of Parkes Castle on the shores of Lough Gill.


DAYS 4-6, COUNTY GALWAY

  • Stay at the The Clifden Station House in Clifden.

DAYS 1-4, COUNTY DUBLIN

  • Stay at the Ashling Hotel in Dublin.
  • Sample excursions include a hop-on/hop-off bus tour of the city, and visits to Newgrange Monument and Kilmainham Gaol.


DAYS 5-7, COUNTY WATERFORD

  • Stay at the Marina Hotel in Waterford. 
  • Sample excursions include a walking tour of Waterford, a visit to the House of Waterford Crystal factory, as well as visits to other beautiful locales, such as Tramore Beach and the Copper Coast Geopark. 


DAYS 8-9, COUNTY LIMERICK 

  • Stay at the Strand Hotel in Limerick.
  • Sample excursions include a visit the Cahir Castle, a drive through the Comeragh Mountains, and visits to other sites, such as the Grange Stone Circle and the Cliffs of Moher with its breath-taking views overlooking the Atlantic.


DAY 10:  Shuttle to the Shannon Airport in the morning. Some guests will forego the trip to the airport and extend their adventure a few more days before heading back home.


Pricing Details

Tour Pricing

Limited to 22 guests. Inishfree Music Tours provides: a luxury coach, professional driver and an experienced guide. Includes: Nine (9) nights of lodging in small quality hotels. Meals: Breakfast each morning at the hotel and three group dinners and admission to all attractions we visit (e.g., Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands, etc.), and all private and semi-private concerts. Note that each guest is responsible for their own airfare, lunches, non-group dinners, drinks and tips.

Double occupancy

$3400 per person

Two persons sharing a room. Includes reservation fee.

Single Occupancy

$4400 per person

Single room, includes reservation fee.

Reservation Fee

You will receive an initial invoice from Moors and McCumber LLC for $600. This fee reserves your seat for the tour and is part of the total tour cost. This fee is transferable, but not refundable should you cancel or delay your adventure. You can apply this reservation fee to any Moors & McCumber adventure starting within two years of the start date of your original tour.

Refund Policy

5+ months before start date; Full refund of amount paid to Inishfree Music Tours less $200/person processing fee retained by Inishfree.

4-5 months before start date; If your spot is filled: Full refund of amount paid to Inishfree Music Tours less $200/person processing fee retained by Inishfree. If your spot is NOT filled: 50% refund of amount paid to Inishfree.

Within 4 months of start date; If your spot is filled: 50% refund of amount paid to Inishfree; If your spot is NOT filled: No refund

Trip Insurance

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to help protect your investment. Travel insurance can help protect you against potential issues such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.
