Join us on our maiden voyage of the Adriatic Sea on our own private luxury yacht, complete with a cruise director! We'll spend 8 days and 7 nights aboard the Elixir sailing from Dubrovnik to Split, Croatia. Each day we'll sail on the Adriatic and each night we will set anchor in a new port. Limited to 15 cabins, our group will be 30 guests. We will spend a night in each of the following ports:
While we cruise along the coast, you can relax on the sundeck or sit in the jacuzzi while sipping on drinks from the bar. And you’ll have lots of opportunities along the way to swim in some of the most picturesque bays along the Adriatic Sea.
On land, we'll have guided walking tours of many port towns along the way and experience the cuisine and culture of Croatia.
The following is a sample itinerary:
DAY 1: DUBROVNIK - MLJET
Embark at 2 PM and leave the port at Dubrovnik by 4 PM. Enjoy a welcome drink on board while we sail to the national park on the island of Mljet. We will dock around 7 PM, followed by dinner, then a short concert by Moors & McCumber.
DAY 2: MLJET - KORČULA
Enjoy your morning on the island of Mljet. Take an e-bike or hike to the lakes, or visit the monastery. Return to the boat by 1 PM for us to sail from Mljet to Korčula. Enjoy lunch on board as we sail to the island Korčula. We’ll get to Korčula around 4 PM. Enjoy free time in Old Town Korčula. Old Town is a treasure trove of history and architecture. As you stroll through its narrow streets, you’ll discover mediaeval buildings, Venetian palaces, and churches, including the stunning St. Mark’s Cathedral. The Old Town’s unique layout, shaped like a fishbone, was designed to protect residents from strong winds. Relax with a cocktail or bite to eat at one of Korcula’s beach bars or waterfront cafés. For a beautiful view, visit stop by Massimo for a cocktail.
DAY 3: KORČULA - VIS /KOMIZA
After departing Korčula during breakfast time, we will stop in one of the hidden bays for a swim in the Adriatic sea! Enjoy another delicious lunch on board and sail toward the island of Vis, famous for the Mamma Mia movie set. End the night listening to another concert from the lads.
DAY 4: HVAR
Day 4 takes us to the sunniest island in Croatia. Before docking in Hvar, we will stop on Pakleni islands for a memorable swim in the crystal blue sea. Later in the afternoon, we dock in Hvar town, famous for its Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, and Europe’s oldest community theatre which was founded in 1612. Hike up the zig-zag path to the town fort overlooking the harbor for lovely scenic views of the vessel and the Paklinski Islands. Hvar offers an abundance of entertainment in the evening, including numerous restaurants, bars and clubs.
DAY 5: BOL
Depart in the morning to Brač island where we'll play on the water at the most famous beach in Dalmatia, Zlatni Rat near Bol. Bol is a typical fishermen’s village which was converted into a popular tourist destination, yet retains its charm. End the day with our third Moors & McCumber Concert.
DAY 6: MAKARSKA
Leave Bol and stop in another amazing bay to take in beauty or dip in the sea. After lunch, we will continue to Makarska, one of Croatia’s most famous tourist destinations, offering many restaurants and bars and a beautiful promenade along its gorgeous beach. Enjoy the magic of Makarska Riviera, and be sure to take a walk along the city streets where you can visit an abundance of churches and other cultural sites.
DAY 7: SPLIT
Spend breakfast on board while we search for the perfect spot for our final swim of the week. Afterwards, we’ll have lunch onboard and make our way to Split, arriving by the afternoon where we will dock until the next morning. Split is a busy university and maritime town, as well as the capital of the Dalmatia region. Join a guided tour of the city upon arrival. This historical town under UNESCO world heritage protection will knock you off your feet with its abundance of things to see and do, and with its unique lively atmosphere.
